We are continuing to administer the CDC and FDA Pfizer approved boosters for 12-17 year old’s. A parent or guardian must be present for consent for all covid vaccines for 5-17 year olds. All vaccines are on a walk-in basis only; no appointments. Moderna is available for 18 years plus.
Patients over age 65, or severely immunocompromised, are now eligible for an additional bivalent booster at this time.
Vaccination hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to 1:30pm and closed on Sundays. We kindly ask for your patience as we try to accommodate everyone and wait times vary. Please bring your insurance, Covid and ID card if you are 65 or over please bring in your medicare red white and blue card.
